About Me.

I am  wife to a wonderful man and mother of four lovely boys. Over nine years ago I became a Muslim and this has shaped me and changed me for the better.
I am also a doula and have a strong passion for empowering women to have a positive birth experience and beginning to motherhood.
As well as all that I hold an interest in education and home educated my children for years before putting them into a carefully chosen state school.
Cooking, reading and films are also enjoyed by me and a nod to healthy eating and exercise!Often no more than just the nod though :S
