Time Wasting

I am guilty of this one on a major scale, everyday I must waste hours on the internet checking emails, facebook, twitter and just window shopping.
My time is precious and yet i allow it to flow away from me like this, and have nothing to show for it but sore eyes from staring at the screen. My lil man suffers as I dont play with him as much as he needs me to do.
My housework suffers as its neglected  a little.

So now I limit myself to one hour of  facebook/twitter/general time wasting per day  online. One hour perday on Quran and only open the laptop after I have done my housework.

Lets see what differences this makes to my life...

  1. I came to that conclusion a while back. Time is a commodity that you don't realise how much you are wasting until it's too late. I know it sounds pathetic and boring but good planning, restricting yourself and addressing the important things first pay off. After that, then relax for a while.

Browsing online, procrastinating etc before doing your jobs, tasks, etc is like eating your desert before dinner :P
